Thanks for the memories, Pbucket.

Welp, I know this seems odd for a written post for the first time in a long time, instead of a picture post, but I just found out that Photobucket.com, who has reliably hosted my images for over 15 years, has changed user policy terms last week 6/28/17 banning 3rd-party website hosting (i.e. this blog). This is why you don't see pictures anymore. This is quite annoying to say the least, because I was already a Pro-member under their previous user update to help them cope with web hosting bandwidth draw as my pictures are literally in thousands of places online. Alas, all good things come to an end so until I find a new place to host my pictures this site will be filled with references to photobuckets new policy.

Just in case you were wondering, Monochrome #47 was hosted locally on blogger so it remains. I may do local hosting for my future posts as I've shot a bit more lately and picked up a new DLSR body and my favorite lens ever, but this is frustrating to all those shots that are here to be seen. Anyways, I'll fix this eventually, but in the meantime thanks for your patience. I won't be upset if any of you send Photobucket an angry tweet or message on social media.

This blog will rise again.

P.S. F.U. Photobucket. No one is going to pay $400 a year to get pictures viewable outside of the photobucket site. I can't even log into your site now without it taking tens of minutes for anything to load, with the bonus of ads popping up everywhere. There are plenty of ways to keep a hosting site going outside of some extreme change you didn't notify anyone about in advance. If you choose to maintain this policy, I hope you go out of business.
